ESA widens its range of products with the
new family of KEYBOARD IT products, platforms which combine advanced technology with high performance, due to the solid hardware architecture of
IT platforms.
The IT105K terminals are the only keyboard solution ideal for working environments where the conditions are more and more difficult, environments in which the use of a Touch screen terminal can cause damage to the touch and continuous cleaning of the display.
As an ideal alternative to the Touch screen product, the IT105K family is
the first keyboard solution with integrated IT technology products.
What are the new features?
The new IT105K keyboard platform comes with an extremely bright 5.7” display thanks to the retro-illumination with white LEDS and a practical 41 key keyboard (18 operation, 12 function and 11 alphanumeric keys).
Available in the variants of blue STN and with 65,000 TFT colours, it is fitted with a serial port SP1 (RS232/485) and a serial port SP2 (RS232/485).The product is also available in the version with CAN or Profibus DP integrated interface.
Enhanced visual quality and greater processing speed are guaranteed by the CPU and high performance Ram modules; the architecture of the IT105K platform is finally completed with the Ethernet port on board, making it possible to manage 2 communication drivers.
How to program the new IT105K?
The new IT105K platforms uses the programming potential and functions offered by the Polymath Advanced to the full. The applications for the new terminal are programmed with the 1.21 version of the Polymath Advanced software.
The new functions introduced in fact integrate with the interfaces on board:
USB A (Host) to print reports, import/export data onto USB key and connect to external peripheral units (mouse, keyboard and printer)
USB B (Device) for programming
Ethernet 10/100 to print and import/export data on PC on the network, display images from webcam and manage to the full 2 Ethernet drivers
Import/export data onto SD card (slot Secure Digital)
Standard SPI and SP2 for communication, also with double driver, with the most common devices (MPI included)
Configurations available with SP 1 + CAN or Profibus-DP cards
